Outsider Coffee started with a simple frustration: the coffee in town had gone stale — literally and figuratively. So we started roasting our own, sourcing from growers we actually know, and building a space where the pace matches the pour.

We're on East Pine because that's where we live. Our regulars know the baristas by name, the pastries come from a bakery down the block, and the espresso machine has been tuned to the same standard since we opened. That's not a marketing line — it's just how we do things.
